Uses and Benefits
- Turn on
the TwiLight Blue Light Therapy System for 30 minutes and
the blue light will help retard the production of pineal melatonin
- help
align your body's clock for more energized days and restful nights.
- For older
people, this
allows them to be more alert into the evening hours, and experience
a more restful sleep when the body does produce melatonin later
in the sleep cycle.
- Teens and
young adults find
themselves better able to function at school and work after they
have used the TwiLight right after rising in the morning,
