How the Gears Work:

• On every tooth of each gear (24 total)
  is a "pocket recess" which helps to grab and guide the produce through the juicing process.
• Each gear has "cutting points" (48 total), which make it easier to cut through stringy vegetable fibers, such as celery, and to prevent the machine from jamming.
• At the core of each gear is an inline series of magnets totaling 2600 gauss that enhance the extraction of more minerals from any produce or cereal grass, such as wheatgrass.
• Surrounding the series of magnets is a proprietary bio-ceramic material that aids the stabilization of water molecules in the juice. Such stabilization allows the juice to be stored for a longer period of time.
