- The Hemisphere Bowl/Blade
utilizes
a large, semicircular shredding blade positioned to hug the uniquely
shaped bowl. Because of this design, there are no still zones
around the blades, and ingredients are shredded into fine, consistent
particles.
All the
ingredients
pass through the super-wide blades, up the smooth bowl-shaped
wall, a folding action is formed by the ribs then back down onto
the blades.

The Hemisphere
system is so efficient that it runs at slow speeds and
blends in super fast time. This efficiency enables speeds to
be greatly reduced:
20% – 50% of a typical blender. The motor is centrifugal
fan cooled: As well as blowing air out back and not ingredients
over you, this increases efficiency and lengthens motor life.

The jar features ¼ turn blade removal for thorough and
effortless cleaning of the jar and Hemisphere™ Bowl/Blade
System. All jar and blade parts are top-shelf dishwasher safe.
The Bowl/Blade System easily locks into place and seals for leak-free
performance.
- Safety Features
1. An interlock electronically stops the user operating the blade
assembly on the base without the jug.
2. The overlapping jug collar stops the jug being knocked off
the base.
3. The 3 process over-moulded lid includes a Breville Assist®
loop, allowing a tight fit stopping accidental popping-off whilst
aiding removal.
- Noise and
vibration severely reduced by a sintered stainless and fibre filled nylon
coupling: Differing materials allow a greater fit tolerance,
best wear resistance and minimize noise. Commercial construction
sealed bearings are rubber encased for vibration absorption,
dramatically increasing durability.
